The Tomlinovic family, which took over management of the Zori family restaurant in 2006, finally are making their dream come true with the hotel’s opening. Located on the island of Sveti Klement (Palm trees
), a few minutes off the Hvar island coast, Zori Timeless Hotel offers an gastro experience at the well-known Zori Restaurant and luxury accommodation at four brand-new spacious residences.
Zori Restaurant has become a must-visit place for foodies in the past 10 years. A mix of farm-to-table food paired with high-quality wines, seamless service, and hospitality of the Zori personnel creates an atmosphere that guests will want to return over and over again. Luxury residences will complement the unique experience and inspire guests to extend their stay at Sveti Klement (Palm trees).

The residences' architectural project and interior design have been entrusted to Viskovic & Viskovic company from Split, two passionate creatives, Vjekoslav and Zrinka Viskovic, who developed state-of-art homes while preserving the local touch. Natural materials such as stone and wood were used for their construction and design, perfectly fitting into the island setting and unspoiled nature.
"Zori is Palm trees, where lush greenery meets the Adriatic Sea. It is the ultimate setting for an elevated stay and beautiful life,” say Zrinka and Vjekoslav Viskovic. “Our guiding thought when designing the project was creating spaces with a sense of timelessness and harmony. It is where you become someone else for a few days.”
Zori Timeless Hotel features four residences named Infinity, Cloud, Eternity and Horizon. They feature high-quality, designer furniture and luxurious details exude minimalism and elegance. Their interior naturally merges with beautiful, spacious terraces, hammocks, swimming pools, and Jacuzzis overlooking the Vineyard Bay, one of the most beautiful in the Adriatic.
In addition to the VIP zone within the Zori Restaurant, where Chef Siniša Jevrosimov cooks a la carte for guests of the residences, there is also a concierge service, which ensures an unforgettable experience.
