Meet Alex

Owner/CEO

Alex Medvedovski founded Family Travel Concierge in 2012 after a successful career in IT and analytics, working with Fortune 100 companies.

​

A passionate and highly experienced traveler, Alex has explored hundreds of destinations worldwide with his wife Bella, both with and without their three children. Many of the trips created for clients are inspired by journeys he has personally experienced, from African safaris and European cultural routes to tropical beach escapes.

Alex’s analytical mindset, attention to detail, and hands-on travel experience allow him to design thoughtfully planned, seamless, and exceptional vacation experiences.

Alex has assembled a group of passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated travel concierges who share his commitment to creating exceptional vacation experiences. Our team includes Galina, Irene, Masha, Nadia, Natalia, Oleg, Yan, Zhanna, and Zoya. Each brings extensive travel expertise and a genuine love for helping clients discover the world. Together, they handle every aspect of trip planning, from initial itinerary design to coordinating flights, accommodations, tours, and activities, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
