How We Work

We provide end-to-end trip planning, from itinerary design to booking accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities. We provide CONCIERGE service answering any questions and addressing any issues before and during the trip. Our goal is a seamless and stress-free experience.

Most of our compensation comes from commissions paid by tour operators, hotels, and travel suppliers, which is why we typically book all trip components on your behalf. This commission-based model allows us to keep our fees low while providing comprehensive service.

Planning & Booking

• We book beach vacation packages, cruises, resort stays, tours and most trip components on your behalf

• Clients may book flights independently; flight details must be shared so they can be incorporated into the itinerary

• Accommodations and other trip components are generally booked through us

Planning Fees & Compensation

• No planning fees on beach vacation packages, cruises and ski getaways. We are compensated by tour operators, who pay us commissions

• Vacation rentals

  • 13% service fee based on the total rental cost
    (most vacation rentals do not pay commissions)

• Planning-only services

  • $100 per day when clients use points or book accommodations independently

• Group and special travel

  • $500 non-refundable service fee for:

    • Destination weddings

    • Destination Bar or Bat Mitzvahs

    • Family reunions

    • Corporate retreats

    • School trips
      (assuming accommodations and other trip components are booked through us)

• For all other custom travel planning, a $250 non-refundable service fee is required to begin designing your personalized itinerary.
