Star Clippers Now Taking Bookings for Cruises Through March 2025

Ahoy, fellow travelers! Do I have news for you! Star Clippers, the legendary purveyors of modern tall-ship sailing, are now taking bookings for all sailings through March 2025 aboard their three majestic sailing vessels. And let me tell you, the destinations on offer are positively dreamy!

Newly opened for booking are the 2024 westbound Atlantic crossings, Panama Canal transits, and the entire winter seasons in the Caribbean and Central America. You can find all the juicy details of these exciting voyages on the Star Clippers website, or you can call them directly at 800-442-0551, or better yet, get in touch with your trusty travel advisor to book your spot on these voyages of a lifetime.

But let me regale you with some specifics of these voyages. The Star Clipper will commence her second full season sailing out of Costa Rica in December 2024, with itineraries that call on Panama and Nicaragua. The Royal Clipper will return to her homeport in Bridgetown, Barbados, where she will sail the Windward and Grenadine Islands. And the Star Flyer will resume Leeward and Treasure Island sailings out of St. Maarten. Can you picture it? The wind in your hair, the sun on your skin, and the ocean stretching out before you as you embark on these nautical adventures.

Now, if you're feeling particularly adventurous, you can book a spot on one of the 2024 westbound Atlantic crossings, where you'll get to experience the unparalleled thrill of sailing on a true sailing ship. Royal Clipper will depart Lisbon for the 16-day journey to Bridgetown on Oct. 17, 2024; Star Flyer will depart Las Palmas on her 15-day sailing to St. Maarten on Nov. 15, 2024; and Star Clipper will sail from Las Palmas on Nov. 29 on a 15-day trip that takes guests to Bridgetown before she makes her way to Costa Rica. Imagine traversing the vast ocean on these impressive vessels, a true throwback to a bygone era.

And if that's not enough to get your wanderlust going, you can check two items off your bucket list with a Panama Canal transit aboard one of these majestic clipper ships. Royal Clipper is offering two back-to-back Panama Canal transits on Nov. 2 and 16, 2024, and Star Clipper will transit the canal on a Christmas sailing departing Barbados on Dec. 14, 2024. What an adventure that would be, sailing through the iconic canal on a vessel reminiscent of the ships that first traversed it.

For over 25 years, Star Clippers has been introducing adventurous travelers to the thrill of modern tall-ship sailing to remote ports in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Central America. Their fleet consists of three of the world’s largest and tallest sailing vessels: the traditional clipper ships Star Clipper and Star Flyer, each carrying 166 guests and featuring modern amenities, and the magnificent Royal Clipper, a Guinness World Record holder as the largest and only five-masted, fully-rigged sailing ship in service today, accommodating up to 227 guests. With their expansive teak decks, swimming pools, informal dining, convivial tropical bars on deck, and piano lounges, a voyage aboard one of these sailing ships is a truly unforgettable experience.

So what are you waiting for? Book your spot on one of these extraordinary voyages and set sail on a journey of a lifetime.
