Meet James Beard Award-Winning Chef Nina Compton
Winner of the 2018 James Beard Awards “Best Chef: South”, Chef Nina Compton is the chef and owner of New Orleans restaurants Compère Lapin and Bywater American Bistro. Born and raised in St. Lucia, Chef Compton’s cooking celebrates the harmonies between Caribbean and European cuisine. At Malliouhana, Chef Compton will host intimate events and curate limited-time menus for guests at the resort’s dining venue, Celeste.

American Airlines Flights to Anguilla
Direct service from Miami International Airport (MIA) to Anguilla (AXA) will expand service to daily flights on April 5, 2022. Anguilla is easily accessible from a variety of locations, making your journey to paradise that much easier. From St. Maarten (SXM), there are scheduled and private charter flights (7 minutes), or a shared or private boat transfer (25 minutes). From San Juan, Puerto Rico there are scheduled or private charter flights (1 hour) through Tradewind Aviation, Seaborne Airlines, or Anguilla Air Services.
