Royal Caribbean Details New Sailings of Caribbean for 2024-2025

Royal Caribbean International has announced its plans for a year-long and summer Caribbean cruise schedule for 2024-2025. The cruises, which are designed for all ages and types of adventurers, will feature eight ships sailing to the best destinations in the Caribbean.



The schedule includes the debut of Icon of the Seas, which will sail Eastern and Western vacations year-round from Miami, and Symphony of the Seas making its Big Apple debut when it sails from Cape Liberty in Bayonne, N.J. Freedom of the Seas will head to Fort Lauderdale, and Harmony of the Seas will return to the cruise line’s new, net-zero terminal in Galveston, Texas.


Cruise-goers will have over 20 destinations to choose from, including Roatan, Honduras; Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; Philipsburg, St. Maarten; Cozumel and Costa Maya, Mexico; Falmouth, Jamaica; and Royal Caribbean’s private island Perfect Day at CocoCay in the Bahamas and Labadee in Haiti. Most cruises will include one or both of these private destinations.


The eight ships will offer a variety of unique and memorable adventures across the Caribbean and beyond, and the two private destinations will provide an unforgettable getaway for families. Year-round Caribbean cruise highlights include:

  • Wonder of the Seas: Sailing from Orlando (Port Canaveral), this world’s largest cruise ship will offer seven-night Western and Eastern Caribbean cruises and will feature adventure across eight action-packed neighborhoods, such as the Ultimate Family Suite and the cruise line’s first Southern restaurant, The Mason Jar.

  • Harmony of the Seas: Sailing from Galveston, Texas, this ship will offer a full year of nonstop Oasis Class adventures and will sail six- to eight-night Western Caribbean and Perfect Day at CocoCay cruises.

Summer Caribbean cruise highlights include:

  • Symphony of the Seas: Sailing from Bayonne, N.J. (Cape Liberty), this Oasis-class ship will offer seven-night cruises to The Bahamas and will feature cutting-edge, original entertainment.

  • Freedom of the Seas: Sailing from Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades), this ship will offer a series of seven- to eight-night cruises to a combination of destinations in the Western and Eastern Caribbean, Perfect Day at CocoCay, and the Southern Caribbean.

Overall, with a wide range of one-of-a-kind and memorable adventures across eight different ships, vacations spanning the best of the Caribbean and beyond, and two private destinations each offering its own unique and unforgettable getaway, families are in for their most memorable vacations in 2024-2025.
