Oceania Unveils Inaugural 2023 Season Voyages for Oceania Vista



Oceania Cruises, a leading culinary- and destination-focused cruise line, unveiled the Inaugural Season of voyage itineraries for Vista, the line’s newest ship. The 18 inaugural season voyages begin in April 2023 and will span more than 24 countries across four continents, from Asia to North America.



Vista’s inaugural season voyages are now available for guests and will open for sale on Sept. 15, 2021. In addition, President’s Circle and Diamond-level Oceania Club members can enjoy exclusive privileges that give them the opportunity to request their preferred suite or stateroom on the inaugural season voyages through Sept. 14, 2021.

“Every aspect of Vista’s inaugural Season has been designed to present immersive destination experiences through new and unique perspectives,” said Bob Binder, president and CEO of Oceania. “From the heart of iconic cities such as Venice and London to the rarely trodden shores of Stornoway or Kavala, guests will be enthralled with the diverse array of memories they’ll collect along the way.’



Vista’s gala maiden voyage sails from Rome to Barcelona on April 14, 2023. The ship will cruise on 18 voyages spanning more than 24 countries across four continents. It will visit the Spanish, French and Italian Rivieras; the Greek Isles; the Holy Lands of Turkey and Israel; the Canary Islands; the wine country of Spain, Portugal and France; the British Isles & Ireland; Colonial America; and the Panama Canal. It will feature overnight stays in Lisbon, Venice, Istanbul, Jerusalem, Bordeaux, Montreal and New York City. It will also visit off-the-beaten-path treasures such as Port-Vendres, Bodrum, Kavala/Philippi, Bozcaada, Chania, Izmir, Salerno, Kirkwall, Stornoway, Killybegs, Saint-Pierre, Shelburne, Martha’s Vineyard, and Corinto.



Vista’s inaugural voyages include

Maiden Voyage-Rome to Barcelona: This 12-day cruise departs April 14, 2023, visiting Sorrento/Capri, Messina, Valletta, Florence/Pisa/Tuscany, Monte Carlo, Toulon, Port-Vendres, Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza and Valencia.

Barcelona to Lisbon: This 10-day cruise departs April 26, 2023, visiting Alicante, Granada, Arrecife, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Tangier and Lisbon (overnight).

Lisbon to Venice: This 14-day cruise departs May 6, 2023, visiting Seville, Málaga, Cartagena, Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona, Marseille, Monte Carlo, Rome, Sorrento/Capri, Messina, Dubrovnik and Venice (overnight).

Venice to Athens: This 12-day cruise departs May 20, 2023, visiting Split, Bari, Kotor, Mykonos, Kavala/Philippi, Istanbul (overnight), Ephesus, Rhodes and Santorini.

Athens to Istanbul: This 10-day cruise departs June 1, 2023, visiting Santorini, Heraklion, Bodrum, Antalya, Limassol, Rhodes, Ephesus, Bozcaada and Istanbul (overnight).

Istanbul to Rome: This 14-day cruise departs June 11, 2023, visiting Istanbul (overnight), Izmir, Santorini, Rhodes, Limassol, Jerusalem (overnight in Haifa and visit to Ashdod), Chania, Argostoli, Taormina and Salerno

Rome to Athens: This 10-day cruise departs June 25, 2023, visiting Naples/Pompeii, Messina, Valletta, Mykonos, Istanbul (overnight), Ephesus and Santorini.

Athens to Venice: This 10-day cruise departs July 5, 2023, visiting Mykonos, Istanbul (overnight), Ephesus, Corfu, Kotor, Dubrovnik and Venice (overnight).

Venice to Rome: This 10-day cruise departs July 15, 2023, visiting Split, Dubrovnik, Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, Argostoli, Taormina and Salerno

London to London: This 12-day cruise departs Aug. 18, 2023, visiting Edinburgh, Kirkwall, Stornoway, Glasgow, Belfast, Liverpool, Dublin, Holyhead, Waterford and Portland.

London to New York: This 18-day cruise departs Aug. 30, 2023, visiting Paris, Saint-Malo, Torbay, Cork, Belfast, Dublin, Killybegs, St. John’s, Saint-Pierre, Saint John, Bar Harbor, Boston and Newport.

New York to Montreal: This 11-day cruise departs September 18, 2023, visiting Newport, Boston, Bar Harbor, Saint John, Shelburne, Sydney, Saguenay, Quebec City and Montreal (overnight).

Montreal to Miami: This 15-day cruise departs Sept. 29, 2023, visiting Montreal (overnight), Quebec City, Saguenay, Sydney, Shelburne, Bar Harbor, Portland, Martha’s Vineyard, New York (overnight) and Charleston.

Miami to Los Angeles: This 16-day cruise departs Oct. 16, 2023, or Los Angeles to Miami, Nov. 3, 2023, visiting George Town, Cartagena, Panama Canal, Puntarenas, Corinto, Puerto Quetzal, Acapulco, Cabo San Lucas, Ensenada (Nov. 3 voyage operates in reverse order).




Oceania Vista will carry 1,200 guests double occupancy served by 800 crew members (two crew members for every three guests). The ship will have 12 dining options, four of them brand new. It will feature spacious standard staterooms of more than 290 square feet. All Penthouse Suites and staterooms feature large bathrooms with oversized rainforest showers. All Owner’s, Vista and Oceania Suites feature luxurious soaking tubs. Palatial Owner’s Suites and top-of-ship Library are styled exclusively in Ralph Lauren Home. There are also new Concierge Level Veranda Staterooms for Solo Travelers. The ship has eight bars, lounges and entertainment venues. The Aquamar Spa + Vitality Center and Aquamar Spa Terrace offer a wide range of treatments. There are staffed Concierge and Executive Lounges for Concierge Staterooms and Suites
