How We Work

We provide end-to-end trip planning, from itinerary design to booking accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities. Our goal is a seamless and stress-free experience.

Planning & Booking

• We typically handle all trip components to ensure smooth coordination

• Clients may book flights independently; flight details must be shared so they can be incorporated into the itinerary

• Accommodations and other trip components are generally booked through us

Planning Fees & Compensation

• The $250 service fee is waived for:

  • Beach vacations

  • Ocean and river cruises

  • Ski getaways

• Vacation rentals

  • 13% service fee based on the total rental cost
    (most vacation rentals do not pay commissions)

• Planning-only services

  • $100 per day when clients use points or book accommodations independently

• Group and special travel

  • $500 non-refundable service fee for:

    • Destination weddings

    • Destination Bar or Bat Mitzvahs

    • Family reunions

    • Corporate retreats

    • School trips
      (assuming accommodations and other trip components are booked through us)

• For all other custom travel planning, a $250 non-refundable service fee is required to begin designing your personalized itinerary.
