Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection introduced the expansive culinary offerings available to guests aboard the new Evrima, the first of its three yachts. The 10 different dining experiences will offer travelers a wide array of options, each of which will feature thoughtfully curated menus.

The Evrima Room: Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offering a menu of locally inspired creations, this dining venue will be the yacht’s main restaurant. It has been thoughtfully designed to balance privacy and social connection within a spacious setting. Within The Evrima Room, groups of up to 10 guests can reserve Dining Privée, a private space for a fully customized lunch or dinner experience.
Mistral: Open for lunch and dinner and serving up fresh seafood and steaks, this restaurant will invite travelers to enjoy an outdoor environment with striking views out across the seas and ports of call.
Talaat Nam: Meaning “water market” or “floating market” in Thai, this restaurant will offer guests creative small plate interpretations of Southeast Asian cuisine within a contemporary backdrop while showcasing stunning ocean views.
S.E.A.: Delivering an intimate dining experience designed by Chef Sven Elverfeld of the three Michelin-starred Aqua at The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg, S.E.A. will seat just 28 guests and offer a five-course culinary journey paired alongside fine wines and champagne.
The Pool House: A casual eatery open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Pool House will feature a variety of cuisines prepared à la minute for guests to enjoy at their leisure.
The Living Room: This will be home to freshly roasted coffee and baked pastries, which guests can enjoy at the espresso bar, as well as a contemporary twist on the classic afternoon tea tradition.
The Marina Terrace: Open when the yacht is anchored, The Marina Terrace will feature a menu of handcrafted cocktails and light bites to enjoy at the water’s edge.
The Bar: An intimate cocktail lounge serving top labels from around the world, The Bar welcomes guests to kick off their evening with a cocktail, toast a special event or relax with an after-dinner nightcap.
In-Suite Dining: Designed for comfort and flexibility, guests can order In-Suite Dining from the all-day menu, featuring influences from every dining venue onboard, or the late-night menu.
Guests are encouraged to enjoy everything from mimosas with breakfast in bed, to rosé with lunch alfresco on a private terrace, martinis before dinner or a perfectly paired bottle of wine with a gourmet meal in the privacy of their own suite.
Led by the expertise of Culinary Director Chef Matthieu Godard, who will oversee all culinary activities and menu planning, as well as Executive Chef Lee Goble, who will lead the culinary team onboard, Evrima will bring elevated culinary sophistication to sea. Prior to being appointed as culinary director of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, Chef Godard spent a number of years working alongside three Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud and served as culinary director and executive corporate chef for Bagatelle restaurants worldwide.
