“Wow, look at that view,” I thought to myself as we were driving to Pink Jeep Tours headquarters. Pink Jeep Tours is a company that gives tours around Sedona, Arizona. Once we got to the Pink Jeep Tours headquarters, we got into a rugged transport, and we were off. I was grateful to my parents for picking today for the tour, because the sun was shining bright, and the weather was just beautiful. We drove along a busy road, but after a couple of turns, we were driving on sand. We talked to the guide about the wildlife and rocks, and in no time at all we were at our first stop.

We arrived at Submarine Rock, which looked nothing like a submarine, but our guide assured us that it would look like a submarine from a distance. We climbed the rock and took some photos, because of course the view was amazing. After we took lots of pictures, our guide explained to us what a fault line is. A fault line is a crack in the ground, that can be several miles long. A fault line happens when there is an earthquake, and the ground shifts a couple of inches, creating a fault line. After we had taken enough pictures, we boarded the car, and we headed to our second and final stop.

After a short drive we arrived at Chicken Point. The reason why chicken point is called chicken point, is because when Pink Jeep Tours was first founded, the driver would give you a choice, exit the Jeep and be a chicken, or stay in the Jeep and be brave. If you stayed in the Car and were brave, you would go along a short but very rocky passage, that leads to a circular area with a rock in the center. Then you would go around the rock where there was just enough room for your jeep to not fall over the cliff, and then if you were still alive, you would come back the way you had come, but that was too dangerous, and now everyone gets off, and has to walk around the rock. After we took some photos of chicken point, we got back on the Jeep and headed to the new Chicken Point.
New chicken point is kind of like the old one, but it's not as dangerous, or scary as the original, and you don’t get a option to get out. After we finished with the new chicken point, we kept going straight, and then took a left turn, and went in a circle. While we were going in a circle we were going up a little hill, but then when we had completed 75% of the circle, we went strait, and went down the side of the road that we had gone straight on when we finished the new chicken point. It wasn’t so steep that we fell, but it was steep enough, to make it scary. After we finished that we got to the place where we took the left turn, we took a right turn, and headed back to the place where we had first gotten into the vehicle, which was the Pink Jeep Tours headquarters.
