This 2.5-hour-long tour pairs families with specially trained guides for an interactive exploration of the Uffizi Gallery designed to bring this world-famous collection of Renaissance art to life for budding art enthusiasts and introduce them to the great masters of Italy.

We’ll start our time together with a short introduction in Piazza della Signoria, discussing the Uffizi's structure and its relation to Palazzo Vecchio, Florence's town hall, as well as the importance of the Medici family. After spending some time outside, we will then continue on to the museum, where we will spend roughly two hours exploring the collection.

Our specially trained guide will help us explore the construction and history of this spectacular monument and paint a vivid picture of its history by using inquiry-based learning techniques to stimulate a lively discussion.
Venice Tour for Kids: Lion Hunt

Our most popular family tour in Venice, this three-hour Venice with Kids Tour uses lions the symbol of Venice to trace a route in and around the Rialto and San Marco area. We've designed this as an interactive, activity-filled experience with a good dose of fun to keep families with children aged 4-11 years interested and entertained. Our experts, who are trained in inquiry-based learning techniques, will introduce the children on the tour to the idea of symbol in a cityscape and why the lion in particular is peppered all over Venice. Tour includes St. Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge, and other spots in the center of the city.
Vatican Tour for Kids

In this three-hour tour, we'll explore the treasures of the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica following roughly the same itinerary as our standard Vatican Tour in the company of a family art historian. Using interactive activities, we'll keep kids (and their lucky parents) focused on these world-famous artworks, from Raphael's frescoes and the Sistine Chapel to St. Peter's Pietà and Bernini’s Baldacchino.
