    Depart from NYC to Montreal.

    1:30 hr nonstop

    3pm: Walking Tour of Old Montreal

    Details: Soak in the rich history, culture and heritage of Montreal on this walking tour of Old Montreal. See famous sites such as Notre-Dame Basilica, Place Jacques-Cartier, City Hall and Champ de Mars, and learn about the city's amazing art and spectacular architecture from your guide, all while enjoying the quaint French charm.

    6:30 pm: Bateau-Mouche Dinner Cruise

    Details: Discover Montreal with its River and Islands throughout an exclusive itinerary including a fresh and local cuisine, a friendly service, a live musical performance.Take a look at the best of Montreal's skyline at night from St. Lawrence river.     Day 3

     

    8:00 am: Day Trip to the Laurentian Mountains

    Details: Make your way along narrow country lanes that crisscross alpine scenery and admire mountain views, including the 2,870-foot (875-m) Mont-Tremblant. Stop and enjoy quaint French villages like Saint-Sauveur and Saint-Adolphe d'Howard along the way. Enjoy a cruise over the lovely Lac des Sables in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts that takes you along a shoreline dotted with famous homes dating back to 1890. Marvel at spectacular views of Seven Islands. Learn about the area's history as well as the charming European-style village Saint-Sauveur.

    Day 4

    Depart from Montreal to Quebec City

    3 hrs

    3:00 pm: Jacques-Cartier National Park Helicopter Tour with Flight Complex & Meal.

    Details: Take an exhilarating helicopter ride over Old Quebec and heading to the deep valleys and lush green forests of Jacques-Cartier National Park, named for the explorer who claimed Canada for France. Below you lies one of Québec's most beautiful valleys, a glacially carved 1,805-foot (550-m)-deep basin with the Jacques-Cartier River rushing through it, surrounded by coniferous trees in the higher elevations and deciduous in the lower. Take as many photos of the marvelous landscape as possible before it's time to land and head to the flight center's Discovery Space for the next part of your tour. Soar and dip in a flight simulator, see cutting-edge interactive displays, and learn tons of fascinating facts about choppers and their pilots. Enjoy this working hangar's remarkable exhibits, and then end your tour with a fabulous meal at the flight-themed Le Commandant restaurant that overlooks the center's impressive display copters.

    6:00 pm: Gournet 5 course Dinner Cruise

    Details:  As the sun sinks down, step aboard the Louis Jolliet in the historic Old Port—this 170-foot (52 m) river boat offers 3 exterior terraces, glassed-in dining rooms, and recently renovated spaces for lounging, dining, and soaking up the views. Grab a drink and take in the scenery as you cruise by the castle-like Château Frontenac Hotel, an emblem of the city, and the centuries-old ramparts of the fortified La Citadelle. Take a seat for an elegant, plated meal with 5 courses, whetting your appetite with a chef-inspired mise en bouche appetizer, enjoying the entrée of your choice, and indulging your sweet tooth with a decadent dessert. When the stars begin to twinkle overhead, admire the illuminated waterfront of Old Town, and hit the dance floor or listen to the strains of music from the deck as a live DJ takes to the turntables.

    Explore Quebec and Countryside with its Nature 

    10:30 am: Old Town & Quebec Countryside Tour

    Details: Immerse yourself in the modern atmosphere and the storied past of Quebec City as you tour the architectural landmarks and historic sights of Old Town. Walk across the cobbled Place Royale, admire the towering Château Frontenac. See the Notre Dame de Québec Basilica–the oldest parish in the Americas north of Mexico–and then make your way out of the city, stopping by the battlefield at the Plains of Abraham before continuing to the countryside. Pass by small towns and villages on your way to Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré. This charming hamlet’s basilica has drawn in pilgrims, seeking the miraculous healing powers of the statue enshrined in its church, for centuries. Next, stop at thundering Montmorency Falls. At a towering 84 metres (275 feet) tall, these powerful cascades are the highest in the province of Quebec and a full 30 metres (100 feet) taller than Niagara Falls. Finally, make your way to Sainte-Pétronille, located on the Ile-d’Orléans in the Saint Lawrence River. Ride by rolling vineyards, visit the village’s chocolate shop and soak up the rural atmosphere, before returning to the city.

    6:30 pm: Combo Historical and Food Tour of the Old Quebec City

    Details: The Perfect Combination! This delicious food tour, Quebec’s finest, will introduce you to City’s famed culinary reputation and to the significance of Quebec’s history and culture. The five course, well balanced, French Canadian food experience begins with a light ‘amuse- bouche’, followed by an organic charcuterie tasting, then, on to a classic flambé prepared at your table in one of Quebec’s most famous restaurants. Followed by ‘farmhouse to plate’ delicacies in a beautiful 19th century converted warehouse building. To cap the night off we stop for refreshment and some handcrafted ‘not too guilty’ pleasures to top off your perfect evening.
